rare German first press vinyl 3LP box set released 1960 on white/gold ELECTROLA stereo label with catalognumber STE 91056/58 (ASDW 9011/13)... this is one of the earliest copies with orig. first press UK matrixnumbers: Side 1:  2YRA 1649-1 / Side 2:  2YRA 1650-3  /  Side 3:  2YRA 1651-1  /  Side 4:  2YRA 1652-3  /  Side 5:  2YRA 1653-1  /  Side 6:  2YRA 1654-1 ... The clothbound box complete with heavy libretto booklet, original innersleeves and vinyl all AS NEW in perfect NEARMINT/MINT condition - looks unplayed!  I should grade this MINT, but I stay conservative... cleanest copy I have seen in many years. Famous reference performance by Franz Konwitschny conducting the Orchestra & Chorus of the German State Opera Berlin recorded with true audiophile soundquality.
