Beautiful and rare presentation set. The 22 records are in visually superb condition. I have play-tested a few at random, and they appear sonically mint. These will have been very lightly played, and were inherited from a friend who was curator of the Holst Museum in Cheltenham. He would have played these on either his revered Garrard 401/SME/V15 or a Linn LP12. He was meticulous in his care of records. If desired, I will remove the LPs from their sleeves and pack separately, although I think the wooden carton will afford good protection. The wooden casket is slightly dulled and dust-ingrained, and has a small chip (pictured) from the Tolex fabric covering. One or two of the seams on the coloured individual sleeves have had failed glue joints, but there are no rips or tears. Inner sleeves are crisp and NM.
