WAGNER GREAT SCENES FROM TANNHAUSER & GOTTERDAMMERUNG ORIG UK HMV STEREO
HMV LABEL ORIGINAL FIRST UK STEREO PRESSING WITH ERNEST J DAY FRONT LAMINATED FLIP BACK SINGLE SLEEVE EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH GOOD SLEEVE.

Released i 1959 on the first issue cream & gold HMV label, I am offering today this original first UK STEREO pressing of this hard to find classical WAGNER album titled "GREAT SCENES FROM TANNHAUSER & GOTTERDAMMERUNG" conducted by FRANZ KONWITSCHNY with the ORCHESTRA and CHORUS of the GERMAN STATE OPERA BERLIN. The vinyl is in clean excellent condition showing just a couple of hairlines and plays through with excellent audio needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips.
The album comes with its original Ernest J Day front laminated flip back single sleeve which is in good condition. There is no stickers or unwanted writing etc but it has been repaired on the back and on the bottom seam with acid free tape so looks presentable.
The album comes complete with its original HMV company inner which shows some creasing
The VINYL, The Vinyl is in clean excellent condition showing just a few hairlines and plays EX.
The SLEEVE, The Ernest J Day fully laminated flip back single sleeve is in reasonably clean Good condition and has been repaired on the bottom seam and on the back.
The LABELS, The HMV labels are very clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The HMV company inner sleeve is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc but is somewhat creased.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
