Background: 

Bought this around September 1973 either just before, or just after Marley pulled thier gig at Leicester Polytechnic - The O Band were to support them, we had the then equivalent of AAA passes via the guest list but Marley, having been exiled in London near the Oval said the unexpected snow was a sign from Jah they were all in the wrong place so, the gig was cancelled and they returned to Jamaica 

Condition:

Really is certainly VERY GOOD but I'd say it's in Excellent+++++ condition, but then I would, wouldn't I

There no real scratches but maybe some hairlines and lots of spindle marks on either side since it has been played, and certainly enjoyed The vinyl still shines well but I guess it is not and cannot be called virtually MINT - so do please see the pictures and by all means request more close up photos

Sleeve

Generally okay for a 36 year old but please, see the pictures of the sleeve as well as the record - To the front there is a Dymo Number 77 top left along with an orange sticky label saying 77 - Top right there is a Dymo Dave English DJ 22.9.73 label, lower down, on the edge of the ZIPPO flip lid there is selotape (sticky back plastic to you) and this also folds aropund to the reverse - The top edge/ridge and the spine are worn but no sign of any holes or tears or splits

The black inner sleeve has seen better days but is still in good enough condition to evidence itself as the original

4. Postage is aimed to always be at cost and this will always, wherever possible include insurance up to Royal Mail limits (UK £39 Recorded Delivery - Overseas PAYPAL Approved Methods only)

Where an item exceeds these levels extra insurance must be taken out at your additional cost so as to protect both of us against damaged or lost items and eradicate any spurious claim of non arrival

5. Feedback will be left only once safe delivery is confirmed and you have entered Feedback for your purchase - This then closes the 'subject to contract' element of mutual protection

Because this is such a rare and collectable album I feel it is only fair on both bidders, buyer and myself that we conduct the sale on the basis that the clear close up pictures that are available and are requested for better evaluation of the true condition of both record and sleeve and, that once bidding has closed, paypemt will be made (along with appropriate insured P&P) so that the record can be sent out for approval and confirmation of 'Item As Described' - I do not want negative Feedback, nor do I want you disappointed and you, I presume, just want to get a very rare record for a fair price relative to condition and collectability
