Description
Great super rare Christian Folk Rock LP from Waiting For The Sun. It came out in 1978 on Profile Records out of England, and gets a great review from Ken Scott in his Archivist book. As he describes it: "The music is a top-notch mix of UK progressive folk and rock that pleasantly recalls the more acoustic endeavors of Jethro Tull. Twelve songs in all ranging from lively folk rock to melodic soft rock to sensitive ballads to vaudeville novelty." There were only 100 pressed, and many were destroyer by the band. The songs are: Waiting For The Sun, Dear Lord, I Want To Dance, Old Fashioned Dreamer, Come Up Smiling, I Can't Take, This Thing's Gone On Long Enough, The Carpenter's Son, Maybe I'm A Fool, Come To Me, Safe With Me. The vinyl is VG+, the cover is VG/VG+, with some definite scratches. Winner pays $4.00 postage in the US. I ship worldwide. I take Paypal for payment.
