WALKER BROTHERS Nite Flights (GTO GTLP 033) RARE UK Import VG++
UK import pressing of the seminal Walker Brothers album "Nite Flights", released on GTO Records (1978). The album was Scott Walker`s second-to-last with the "Brothers" and his first foray into the murky, disturbing world of torture and abuse ("The Electrician"), a subject on his mind ever since. Also includes the futurist space-funk of the title track, later covered by David Bowie to great effect (on "Black Tie, White Noise").
Grading:
VG+(+) COVER. The front cover has a few creases along the spine (please see photo) and a fair amount of edge wear.
VG++ to MINT- RECORD with a few light hairlines and very light sporadic crackle. Superficial scuff (1") in "Disciples Of Death" that is inaudible.
