On Offer here is THE ORIGINAL very first pressing of this wonderful Psych fuzz album from the Philippines. As you can see in the picture, i will also include the ultra limited Shadoks reissue, so that you have a spare copy, i think it's always nice to have the reissues, especially when they're of such good quality as the Shadoks reissues are.
Regarding the music, the Philippines Rock of the 70's is perhaps the most mind-blowing discovery you could make if you like anything similar to Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, or anything with Fuzzy Acid leads and a Prog edge. (there's also some high driving psyched Organ a la John Lord Here!!)
It's really HIGHLY recommended.
So here's what you get:
1-ORIGINAL BLACKGOLD BA-5024 Philippines 1st pressing of ON THE ROAD. The cover has been plastified at some point, which is removable. I'd grade it VG+ to VG++. The vinyl, seen under strong light is covered with hairlines and small scratches which is quite acceptable for an original copy of one of the rarest LP's to ever come out of the Philippines. I've never seen an original black label on sale, so this must be quite rare. The second pressing has a yellow label and goes anywhere between 300 and 500$ in trashed condition. I'd rate this vinyl as VG- to VG with much background noise , one or two jumps, several clicks and pops, but no skips.
2- Secondly you will get as a bonus the fantastic Shadoks reissue which includes ON THE ROAD and TUNOG PINOY Both albums in one issue.. Limited edition of only 350 numbered copies and this is number 177. Mint condition.
