The Sleeve is laminated on front and has minor age wear: light creasing, small handwritten name on back (top left), small sticker on bottom right. Overall is in a very nice Solid, Strong VG+ to EX- Condition.
The labels are clean and the Record Itself Plays Great and is in Excellent Condition
