- Record: VG++VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, Side A has a few pops on 8th track, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VGVG (Both sides have scratch with a separation. Also has some wear around the center hole. Side A has a address label)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners with tape at the top and bottom edges. Surface wear on both sides from record)
