Original Rare Jazz LP Number JT 002 Record and sleeve rated as record G +/sleeve G (Good). 

Walter Bishop Jr., Piano; Jimmy Garrison, Bass; G.T. Hogan, Drums. This First Pressing plays very well.  It sounds great!  Good sound!  Consider this an artifact or filler album, yet it is still an enjoyable play with no repeats and one skip that is not highly noticeable on the drum solo on Side 1, cut 1.  This record has the Deep Microgroove on the label both sides.  Blue label Jazztime.  Recorded at Bell Sound, New York City.  Engineer:  Bill Stoddard.  Liner Notes:  Don Riches.(Original liner notes with original typographical errors as printed by the factory!  Great liner notes!
Titles are:  Sometimes I'm Happy; Blues in the Closet; Green Dolphin Street.  Side B:  Alone Together; Milestones; Speak Low.  Because of the Deep Microgroove thick vinyl and the original first pressing, this vinyl has a higher audio quality than the ratings given.  Compared to later labels (think Columbia 360 sound, this thick vinyl is superior in audio reference) Note:  This item is sold "As is!"   12 inch seam split on top and P O used masking tape on top and bottom seams.  Spine in good shape and easily readable.  Generic inner sleeve of period included.
I do my best to grade conservatively. Grading my records, I adhere to the Goldmine grading system.
I use Spin Clean and anti static and use Diskeeper inner sleeves.

Near Mint/NM: These records have a few minor imperfections, but not anything that would affect play. For the record it’s very light paper scuffs that can’t be heard and aren’t visually distracting.

Very Good Plus/VG+: The record can have light paper scuffs and light scratches that DO NOT affect play. Low surface noise during play through dead wax is acceptable, but only at volumes significantly lower than the music. For the cover there will be light wear from storage that does not affect the beauty of the artwork. For the cover it can be very faint ring wear and a bumped corner. This includes light scuffs.

Very Good/VG: These records have noticeable signs of handling and play. The record will have lost much of its luster and have light surface scratches that may affect play. The cover will have noticeable ring wear, bumped corners and the beginning of a split seam. These records are still enjoyable.

Good + or VG-:  Scratches may be audible but no skips on any tracks. Cover seam splits or repairs, other.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping: Shipping for the first record is $3.25 for Media Mail and includes delivery confirmation. Additional records cost $1. Double albums count as two records and ship for $4.25. I ship my records in the industry standard Whiplash LP mailer. The record is removed from the sleeve to avoid splitting. Both the record and sleeve are placed outside the jacket or record cover and all are placed in a plastic sleeve that is then sealed to avoid shifting. Extra cardboard inserts sandwich the inner package for rigidity. 

Insurance is mandatory for records that sell for $50 OR MORE. Before paying, please wait for an invoice that includes shipping and insurance. For records under $50, insurance can be purchased if you want. I spend a lot of time packing my records correctly. It’s my aim that every record arrives in the same condition as when sent out. But it doesn’t always happen. The USPS processes a lot of packages and they do make mistakes. If you decide to have an item sent without insurance, know that I pack my records to the best of my ability, but I’m not responsible for the USPS’ mistakes.
Having said that, I do accept returns within 14 days, as long as the item is in the condition it was sent. If you have any special requests please let me know!
International Shipping for records that sell for less than $50.: the first record costs $22.75 US to ship First Class Mail International. Additional records cost $4 US.
International Shipping for records that sell for $50. or more: the first record costs $36.75 to ship First Class Mail International. Additional records cost $4 US. Insurance is included for this price.   This is non-negotiable. If you do not agree with these terms then please do not bid.
In special cases, and at my discretion, some items will be sent Priority Mail International for $51.50.  Express International costs $71.50.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after the item has been received. The item must be in the same condition that it was received. Buyer pays the return shipping. Shipping must be equal to how I shipped it to you. It can be First Class Mail International or domestically for US., Media Mail.
