WALTER GIESEKING - 3 CAPITOL RECORDS TEST PRESSINGS OF MOZART SONATAS. These three records are in good shape and look very playable although I have not personally played them. They have been in my collection for decades. I am not sure of the correct terminology, but they appear to be vinyl covered metal discs.
There are notations on all three discs. If I were to hazard a guess, these are notes regarding channel balance or possibly volume setting adjustments needed before they went to regular pressings. As Capitol's sister company was Angel Records, these monophonic pressings were probably done on their behalf. If anyone can give me correct information about them, it would be much appreciated.

I doubt that these will surface again and, due to their rarity, the high auction price. They are being sold AS-IS and, therefore, no returns are accepted.
