WARDELL GRAY & DEXTER GORDON ‘THE CHASE THE STEEPLE-CHASE’ RARE ORIGINAL 1952 “10 BRUNSWICK LP

Sleeve Condition: Numbers “106” written to rear.  Rear a bit age-browned but otherwise in really quite remarkably good condition for an album sleeve of this age.  Very little wear and free from seam splits, stickers, defect or damage.

Record Condition: This has clearly seen very, very little play at all.  A couple of tiny, superficial surface only marks.  There is a minimal crackle but this it not reflected in the music which is distortion free.   It plays well throughout and is free from marking, scratches or groove damage.  Ex-

It really is very unusual to come across vinyl from this era in this kind of condition.  Not Mint or even Near Mint but certainly in overall Ex condition.  A real find!
