This is a hard to find near mint vinyl copy of the 1984 WARLORD - AND THE CANNONS OF DESTRUCTION HAVE BEGUN...(roadrunner 9806) Cover and record come close to new and it has the original inner sleeve with lyrics."…And The Cannons Of Destruction Have Begun" was the soundtrack to the „Live“ videos, which has been recorded in the studio without an audience, and is the best material that has been released in the Epic/Melodic Metal genre ever. The aim was not to play as hard/fast/brutal as possible but to offer the best in melody, dramatism and variety. With each title one would think that it was designed at the drawing table, yet they all sound so fresh and created on instinct. The guitar-runs really hypnotize you, whereas the unique and never tacky melodies enchant your heart from the very beginning. if you like the HAMMERFALL version of "Child Of The Damned", let it be said that the original is thousand times better!
