Description

This album is by jazz saxophonist Warne Marsh. Entitled "Jazz Of Two Cities",it was released in 1957 on Imperial  9027. He is joined by Ted Brown,Ronnie Ball,Ben Tucker and Jeff Morton. Songs are Smog Eyes","Ear Conditioning","Lover Man","Quintessence","Jazz Of Two Cities","Dixie's Dilemma","Tschaikowsky's Opus #42" and "I Never Knew". Vinyl is on the original maroon label and grades at vg++ with nice gloss and a few light hairline scuffs that can only be seen under a powerful lamp. It plays grades fine too. Cover is a strong vg+ with light soiling on the back and also a name written on the top of the back. Borders are all intact with just a little light fraying on a few of the edges. There is also a pin hole tear on the top of the front. One of these recently went for $266.00 and is quite rare and sought after.
