One must dig up to find the band cause it is pretty unknown. As it happens with many NWOBHM bands, Warrior delivered some great music back in the day, but failed to make it to the top tier along bands like Saxon, Iron Maiden, Angelwitch or even Grim Reaper, Tank and Tygers of Pan Tang.
"BREAKOUT" was released on 1984, five years after the formation of the band. It contains 3 songs which are mid paced to fast. They play energetic rocking NWOBHM. The music varies from song to song and can be ballsy, aggressive and melodic. That's a great plus for the band because it shows their musical diversity. The guitar-work has some killer solos. The vocals are great and typical for nwobhm songs . A really strong performance from Warrior. They never achieved great success and it's a shame. The songs here are true NWOBHM straightforward rockers. This band d is a must have for every serious NWOBHM collector.
