Here we have a Rare and Original 1st press (matrix numbers .. Side A .. M WASP-EMI-7994431-A-1-20-5-93, Side B .. M WASP-EMI 7994431-B-1-20-5-93) Italian import vinyl album by American Heavy Metal band W.A.S.P. titled, The Crimson Idol. this album was released in 1992 on the Parlophone Records Label, and comes in it's original picture sleeve and inner with lyrics.
This album is pre-owned, but remains in very good all round condition. the outer picture sleeve is in very good condition, there's no writing, rips, tares or splits. there's a moderate amount of shelf / storage wear along the opening and edges, and some small compression creases from storage. the inner sleeve with lyrics, is very good plus, clean and bright with only very light handling wear in a couple of places, the record itself is very, very good plus, just shy of excellent. both labels are clean and bright, with little to no visible spindle wear. both playing surfaces are clean and glossy, with only feint, wispy hairlines visible, none of which affect sound or playback quality in any way at all.
This does appear to be quite a rare record these days. i can't find another original copy on eBay, just re-releases and CDs. this copy is a decent one condition wise, so ideal for fans of the band or heavy metal music collectors in general to add to their collections.
