Original UK 7-inch shaped Picture Disc with PVC sleeve and backing card.
Released in 1989, on the CAPITOL label.
Catalogue number: CLP 521.
Backing card is autographed by WASP guitarist Chris Holmes.

Original PVC sleeve in EXCELLENT condition.
Backing card intact, apart from autograph, grades EXCELLENT condition.
Picture disc has minor sleeve scuffs, grades EXCELLENT condition.
*Record plays FINE/EXCELLENT on both sides, emits a clean sound with no loud/audible background crackles/clicks or pops.
