The new Ebay regulations require US sellers to provide a tracking number, which means shipping outside US by USPS has to be made Express Mail, so the prices are much higher now. Shipping to Europe is $40. If it's more you pay the difference. OR. You can choose to pay me directly via Paypal, which means I will send the package regular airmail and will save you a lot of money on shipping.
