WAYNE SHORTER "SCHIZOPHRENIA" VINYL LP BLUE NOTE (United Artists, solid blue label) BNS 40026 (BST 84297) UK REISSUE
I've owned this since purchase new but probably played it just a handful of times.  Carefully looked after, in a smoke-free home.
Disc is in mint condition.  Externally, the sleeve is near mint but with some wear: the inner edges of the sleeve some have minor tape residue marks where a poly outer which was taped in (as was my habit back then) has been carefully removed. 
I'll post in a sturdy mailer, with a Mobile Fidelity Original Master anti-static inner and a new 430 gauge outer poly sleeve.   Check out my listings for other collectable jazz and jazz-rock LPs including many more by Wayne Shorter and related.
