Weramean/Missus Beastly-Super Rock Made In Germany LP (Henry From Musik/Vanilla Fudge FCB-90.003) Cover: EX, Vinyl: M-
Very clean copy of this monster rare German underground split LP featuring the OTHER Missus Beastly. To explain, in addition to the well know krautrock merchants responsible for albums like Space Guerrilla and Dr. Aftershave & Mixed Pickles, there was another band in the early 70's that was trading under the exact same moniker. Why? Your guess is as good as mine, but the Missus Beastly appearing here on Side B are a different bag entirely to the more well known unit sharing their name. The Freemans describe this as an intriguing mix of gutter blues, psychedelic rock and fusion and that hits the nail on the head as well as I'd be able to. The connected band Weramean occupying side A are plying a similar formulation, though with a more loose and wasted delivery. As noted in my other related auctions, this copy (along with four other albums that I'm currently auctioning, i.e. Basil Kirchin, Jef Gilson, Free Agents & Frank Kollges) is from the collection of Steven Stapleton of Nurse With Wound, whom this was procured from circa '04).
Payment is expected within 7 days after the end of the auction. Payment is via paypal only, as per ebay's fascistic new policy directives. Shipping within the U.S. for one LP is $4 (which is absolutely absurd for priority, but ebay's imbecilic rules regarding price caps on flat rate priority shipping force me to lose money here), which includes shipment in new boxes with new inserts.
