Description

Extremely rare single pressed in Argentina in 1978.
Wess Johnson (whose real name is Wesley Johnson) is an afro-American bassist, singer and composer. Since the late 60s he developed a brilliant career in the European R&B scene, mainly in Italy. The Wess Machine was one of his projects, which comprises a black female vocal trio. This scarce single features the same artwork cover than the original Italian edition on the Durium label. However, there is a different B-side, only available here, which is an amazing soul/modern-soul number, entitled Could It Be. While the A-side, Mr. Sympathy, is more disco-funk oriented. Both tracks were, of course, penned and produced by the talented and legendary Wesley. (Thanks to Bubblingminds for the data)
