Record Grading   NM- Album appears to have never been played.  High gloss.  No spindle wear.  A small number of cosmetic visual scuffs, most likely from original paper inner sleeve. Based on my spot-checks, these do not affect playback quality.  LP has been transferred to acid-free, anti-static MoFi poly sleeve to better protect vinyl during shipping.
Jacket Grading    EX+ This is the nicest of these that I've ever seen. No tape. No split seams.  Colors are still true, deep & rich. White background on back cover shows very little discoloration from aging.  Marked down due to minimal wear along edges and a bit of rounding/fraying.  This is most evident on bottom right corner and a small nick of the right/center edge or jacket "mouth".  Primary reason for the mark-down is for writing on back cover.  The text 'NAB' is neatly printed along bottom edge.  Original owner (now deceased) was an audio engineer and made this note on all of his records as a reminder to make adjustments for his own personal/preferred equalization settings.  
Overall Grading   EX++ A splendid copy of a rare 1950 Westminster release.  Record has been extremely well cared for and stored properly by original owner, who was a very active audio recording technician/engineer.  All mark-downs are cosmetic, and limited to the the outer jacket.  They are minor blemishes but still worth calling out.  Vinyl is extremely clean and may actually be "unplayed" based on spindle wear.  Please see the 12 high-res closeup photos that I've included with this listing.  Fans of early Westminster releases and Scherchen's legendary performances will be very interested in this album.  I also love the frame-worth cover art by graphic artist Ronald Clyne.  

 

 

Shipping Policy:
All LPs are secured with bubble-wrap and carefully placed in proper mailers with specialized cardboard inserts for reinforcement. LPs will be shipped in their inner sleeve, stored outside of the record jacket to avoid damage in transit. Box sets are mailed with the LPs remaining inside, after placing thin sheets of packing paper or bubble-wrap inside to further reduce movement of contents.   
I am happy to combine auction items to reduce your shipping costs.  However, if you want multiple items to mailed in one package DO NOT PAY until you are done bidding. 
I mail purchased items very quickly, typically same day, but ONLY to the address specified in the original request.

Return Policy:

3.  Returns may be requested up to 30 days after item is delivered.  Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is in hand and confirmed to be in the same condition as pictured in the original listing. SEALED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED SEALED. "NEVER PLAYED" RECORDS MUST BE RETURNED UN-PLAYED. 
4.  When purchasing "never played" records, you may see remnants from the original packaging process on the LP.  My policy is to let you clean this off with your own equipment.
