WHIPLASH - POWER AND PAIN LP 1ST PRESSING 1986 ROADRUNNER NYC Thrash Metal . Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
This is the first US pressing of the debut Whiplash album. This is the version with the Roadrunner Address Correction sticker on the back cover. (see pictures) and no lyric insert included. Also identified by the run-out groove:

Interesting facts about this record: The band includes Tony Bono who went on to help form Into Another.
The record has background vocals by Peter Steele, (Carnivore, Type O Negative) Louie Beato, (Carnivore) and Roger Merit and Rob Kabula from Agnostic Front. Not that you could pick out their voices from the gang vocal madness.
Record has a fair amount of light scratches and smudges visible. A couple of them are quite long but those ones appear to be very very light. There are, however, a couple scratches that look more significant but probably still nothing that would be audible over the music. No insert was included.
The cover has a moderate amount of wear and tear with minor creases on front and back. The ones on the front are short and confined to the areas near the edges. Because of that the front cover still looks really good. The creases on the back are about the same, only a few are slightly longer. There is one crease more towards the top middle of the back that branches out like a lightning bolt. The label edge of the cover has a lot of wear and the titles are mostly worn away. I've tried to put pictures of as much of the damage as possible.
