With sold in the UK at the top of the apple. Mfd in UK. The label is in excellent condition with only a few light spindle marks viewable under a strong light . Good clean matte label with lovely glossy text.

RECORD LABEL GRADING EX

I have listened to the entire album on my Rega Planar 3 turntable with B&W speakers. I have made notes on where any pops, crackles or clicks are, the good news there are very few. The record plays like it was first pressed and in glourious stereo! This is a superb copy. Visually it is EXCELLENT with a light scuff on side 3 which is soo light it is not audiable. it has the just pressed excellent sheen. I have only handled this record with white gloves. It comes straight from the original owner.

VINYL GRADING EX

One original black inner which has a 3 inch tear to one side. It is not ripped at the bottom but it is creased.

INNER SLEEVE GRADING VG

The cover is a Garrod & Lofthouse top opening filpback gatefold sleeve. It is fully laminated with slight discolouration around the edges All the edges are clean and sharp.. The colours are deep and vibrant NO FADING. It is mumbered in the bottom right hand corner No 0320701. the spine is slightly squashed but it has no cracks or tears.

COVER GRADING VG++

It comes with the original song sheet/poster which is good and clean with no tears or creases, (other than the folds) there are two small holes where the corners have been folded nothing major though. It also has the four beatles portraits which are all clean sharp edges to tears just the lightest of small scuffs when viewed under an intense light.

POSTER & PORTRAITS GRADING EX

I have been very critical on my description spent over 4 hours doing this listing noting every fault no matter how minor. These records come from a collection of an original Beatles fan, It was a pleasure listening to this album in its original vinyl form! I hope it goes to a well appreciated home. I use the record collector grading system with tweeks of + and –

Occasionally I use nr MINT to differentiate between EX+ and a grading which is not mint(mint to me is sealed) but near as mint. It must be emphasised that this record has barely been played since it has been pressed. Three ‘Abbey Roads’ came with this batch one has been played more, this would suggest that the person knew it would be a collectable mispressing, (they were right, I did pay a lot of money for this collection!).
