After 4 strong studio blues albums, the band were commercially successful, and had toured with the a soon-to-be phenomenon David Bowie and The Spiders From Mars (who were previewing their LP 'Ziggy Stardust'.
This album is a funkier, soulful guitar blues-rock album with a livelier upbeat progressive style than the depressive previous lp, 'Split'. Tony McPhee again had a theme, a concept in mind here, as the comic cover suggests.
This wasn't a big seller oddly enough, despite the previous hit album!
These are tracks worth indulging in and 'getting into'.
Here's the rare original 1972 UK issue in nice condition.
CONDITION;
VINYL is superb Near Mint.
TOP sheen, lovely clean copy,
LABLES are Near Mint, no pen or stickers, or spindle lines - as pressed.
The gimmick foldout cover is in EXCELLENT shape.
