1968 double LP album by Wild Man Fischer released on Frank Zappa's Bizarre label. 

The copyright is owned by the estate of Frank Zappa, 
but his widow Gail Zappa has chosen to not release it on CD...

Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.  
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
