Extremely rare LP from Jamaica

The record is in overall great Condition,

as its been stored away and not played for decades until now

- if i played it, only when i originally bought it 

Its a stunning piece of Reggae, cover looks good, record also, BUT:

I just NEED to BLABLA about this a bit:

the Vinyl shows surface marks which seems to be from the record plant mainly

(they look like little lumps all over the vinyl) but i just played to test and they are not audible at all

i tried to take photos of this but you can't really see it on there

maybe if you collect jamaican LP's you are aware of this (i checked on some others i own and there are similiar problems)

you might be laughing about my cluelessness - i am just trying to avoid trouble after selling this rarity.

Maybe an insider can give me some info, it would be aprecciated.

I guess what i mean to say is not for the ones who know already, but for all others... and it is something like:
