All three versions of "Baby Don't You Weep" have had massive spins on the northern soul and new breed r&b scenes over the past couple of years. Luther Ingram's unissued take was recently issued on a 7" by Kent, Fred Bridges cut can be found on a Versatile label 7" but Wilson Pickett's is usually refered to as LP-only. THAT IS HOWEVER NOT THE CASE! It did get a 7" release and here you have it on its IMPOSSIBLY RARE Portugal split-EP issue!!! I have put "Baby Don't You Weep" first in the soundclip below. I only know of ONE other known copy of this EP. It is seriously rare and this copy is in stunning condition!
