Vinyl LP pressing. 2011 release, the first installment for the new collaboration project between Stars of the Lid member Adam Wiltzie and composer Dustin O'Halloran. Their secret to harvesting new melodic structures from the thin air of existence was for the duo to push themselves to live dangerously, realizing that clear thinking at the wrong moment could stifle the compositions. The final result is seven landscapes of harmonic replicating ingemination. Notable guest musicians include Icelandic cellist Hildur Gudnadottir, and violinist Peter Broderick. This is not a side project. This is the future of the late night record you have always dreamed of.
Vinyl Records and their Sleeves are very easily damaged in the post, with our 10 years experience we take great care when packaging vinyl records, by opening and removing the inner sleeve (without touching the record) to try and avoid any problems.
***Although, if you would rather we did not carefully open one side of the PVC sleeve (if supplied), please call us once the order has been placed, we cannot accept any responsibility for spine damage to the sleeve in transit if the record is not removed***
