Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.

We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

From a collection of Archived Review copy LPs we obtained from a music press officer- all in STUNNING play condition.. Stunning original UK issued and we have never seen better!

THE VINYL   EX   PLAYS SUPERB!!

As you can see, this vinyl is the SUPER RARE 'FOR EXPORT ONLY' PRESS- Stored from new this LP has seen A HANDFUL of plays only, and remains in SUPER PLAY CONDITION

These 'copies for export' all show the different textured inner ring on the labels, and etched 'Z' matrix numbers..they are really hard to come by..especially when they play this good.

This pressing has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is nsome dulling awith a few light patchy streaks - but nothing to spoil the play. We  rarely see an EXPORT copy at all, let alone like this.

A HANDFUL OF spider lines around the centre hole, But no wear to the hole

There are  a few light whisp lines, and a few tiny light hairlines that run with the vinyl and thats it-  nothing else!  no scratches or marks that spoil the vinyl (as you know by now, we do not list scratched vinyls anyway!)

Clearly played a few times, but on checking through we were over joyed with what we heard..a stunning listen!!!

On playing through we heard the tiniest of lead in static in the dead grooves..and the odd little static crackle in the play in a few places..the odd dust pop but all this is nothing to wory over..it was a superb listen..a professional hoover cleaner could remedy the dust out the grooves and make this play even better!

OVERALL THIS IS A CRACKING VINYL!!!

Correct  first UK issued earliest sleeve  -with the THIN spine.. & titles on top edge and spine -later copies were spine only and a squarer spine finish too

WELL AS WE ALL KNOW THIS SLEEVE IS A NIGHTMARE TO FIND IN DECENT CONDITION..Especially as so many suffer white rub and wear and damage to the spine

WE HAVE HERE AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTY!

 This is in superb clean condition with no ring wear or white scuffing (where so many suffer)

The edges are all super clean with just the tiniest of traces of tip rub, and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

Just  couple of tiny spider lines on the top edge and one light crease on the spine top, with a very very light line at the spine bottom

BUT...THE FINISH IS OUTSTANDING..THE BLACK INKS ARE SPECTACULAR

No powdery white ringwear - the tiniest ring press ring press, and all edges are super crisp.

The spine edge is totally unmarked with no wear or squash. ALL LEGENDS ARE PERFECT

The open edge remains in sharp condition -THE TITLES ON THE TOP EGDE ARE IMMACULATE

We cannot add any more than this! ITS A BEAUTY! EASILY AS GOOD AS WE HAVE EVER AUCTIONED.
