Rare and fantastic original US double sider from 1969. ( small writtings on label )
One shot single from this top group. "Amen, Brother" is probably the most sampled record of all time. Midway through the track there is a drum solo which has been sampled and used in thousands of hip hop, pop, drum & bass and jungle tracks. This beat is known as the "Amen break" !! The B side "Color him Father" is a top crossover dancer and still a current spin ! this has been compiled by Paul Weller on his "Under the influence" collection ! bad visual but play far better than it looks
