Original US pressing, promo sticker on front cover, printed inner sleeve included. "Map Ref. 41°N 93°W" misspelled as "Map Ref. 47°N 93°W" on B-side.

Record is in VG++ condition : easily could (would) be considered NEAR MINT. No issues to mention, no spindle trails, a super sweet copy with zero damage.
Sleeve is in VG+/++ condition : minor edge / corner wear, a tiny bit of rubbing, a couple spots of discoloration, very solid OG. See photos.
Inner sleeve has some average / shallow wrinkling, a bit of wear at opening, NO SPLITS. The photos do not do the sleeve justice -- looks WAAaay better in person. I'll get some better photos added asap.
