1st UK MONO PRESSING
ON THE YELLOW & BLACK
PARLOPHONE LABEL
PMC 1206
1st pressing with the incorrect 'Jobete' credit for "Money" and the incorrect spelling of "You Really Gotta Hold on Me" on the label. Later pressings were changed to the correct 'Dominion Belinda' credit for "Money" and the correct spelling of "You Really Got A Hold on Me".
Comes in the mega rare E J Day first pressing sleeve which also has the 'Gotta' mispelling - later sleeves were changed to the correct 'Got a' spelling. E J Day destroyed their 1st pressing covers with the 'Gotta..' mispelling when notified of the spelling error and replaced them with the correct 'Got a..' spelling. Garrod & Lofthouse, on the other hand, continued to use the erroneous covers until they were ready to print a new batch. This makes E J Day covers with the 'Gotta..' spelling very rare indeed.

Cover: E J Day 1st pressing with 'Gotta' mispelling. Laminated front (unlaminated rear) with triple flip-backs. No seam splits. Clear readable spine. Small name on rear cover and some laminate reasing. Near Excellent condition - see photos.
Original EMI poly-lined inner sleeve: Excellent+.
Labels: Near Excellent. No writings, doodles or stickers.
Vinyl: Play tested. Thick heavy duty 1st pressing vinyl. Looks Near Excellent with a nice sheen and a few light non-feelable marks. No skips/jumps. Plays Near Excellent to Excellent with only minor crackle in places. A true testament to the quality of this 1st pressing vinyl.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
