THE BEATLES - WITH THE BEATLES FIRST GENUINE UK MONO PRESS with JOBETE CREDIT IN MONEY, YOU REALLY ''GOTTA'' HOLD ON ME, INSTEAD OF ''GOT A'', MT TAX CODE, AND 'THE PARLOPHONE CO LTD' IN THE RIM
The main differentiator of this 1st pressing, compared to later versions, is the black & yellow Parlophone label with perimeter rim copyright text beginning, 'THE PARLOPHONE CO LTD...', and the text 'RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1963' above the side indicator numeral.
There are a number of other differentiators present on both the labels and the cover.
1 - The title of B1 'Roll Over Beethoven' is indented so that the 'R' appears over the 'I' in 'BIEM' below it. Other versions such as this one have the 'R' over the 'BI'.
2 - The title of B3 is given as 'You Really Gotta [instead of: 'Got A'] Hold On Me'.
3 - The publishing credit for B7 'Money' is given as 'Jobete Mus. NCB'. Later pressings credit 'Dominion.Belinda (Ldn.) Ltd.'.

COVERS: Front and Back cover look great! Front Cover has a ring wear, some dings and a little tear in the middle of its mouth (see pic), but it is still very glossy and remain intact with no split seams! Back cover has all flaps intact in excellent shape with no holes, tears or splits whatsoever! Just some ring wear and little stain spots that don't take away from the beauty of it at all (see pics). Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending PMC1206 PCS 3045 LABELS: Both sides look great, with only very few spindle marks, side 2 has a little bubble on top (see pics) VINYL: Looks MINT and plays from excellent to MINT, no sticks, jumps, crackles whatsoever, just an occasional tick here and there and almost no surface noise. Vinyl plays dead flat on turntable (see video) SLEEVE: Company sleeve looks excellent! EMITEX polylined white inner sleeve with the grey text 'Important - TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR MICROGROOVE RECORDS CHECK YOUR GRAMOPHONE STYLUS REGULARLY...A WORN STYLUS WILL GIVE POOR REPRODUCTION...A CHIPPED STYLUS WILL PERMANENTLY DAMAGE A RECORD' in the upper right area, and the text 'USE "EMITEX" CLEANING CLOTH TO PRESERVE YOUR MICROGROOVE RECORDS...OBTAINABLE FROM ALL GOOD RECORD DEALERS' in the lower left area.
