Maybe Because this was not such a big seller that it seems nearly IMPOSSIBLE to come up with a quality Picture sleeve and record...I feel that this is VERY close to the perfect example... COVER....I'D SAY  NEAR PERFECT....MOSTLY FLAT ... ...VERY MINOR  RECORD INDENTATION....NO SEAM SPLITS...VERY MINOR RING WEAR THAT IS SO COMMON WITH THIS PICTURE SLEEVE...I'M PRETTY SURE THIS WILL BE HARD TO UPGRADE...NOT IMPOSSIBLE BUT VERY DIFFICULT!!
