PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!

I OBTAINED THIS LP SOME YEARS AGO AND IT was already signed by LONNIE BROOKS when I obtained it, so I have no provenance as to the authenticity of the signiture. I have compared this signature to other items on the Internet and on eBay that have been signed by Lonnie Brooks and it looks very similar to this one. Please look at the signiture and judge for yourself. 

THIS LP HAS BEEN SIGNED BY THE LATE, GREAT LONNIE BROOKS HIMSELF ON THE FRONT COVER with A BLUE or BLACK MARKER THAT SEEMS TO HAVE FADED OVER TIME.  

BESIDES THE AUTOGRAPH, THIS IS A REALLY NICE COPY! THE COVER and LP ARE IN VERY GOOD+ SHAPE! THE LP ITSELF IS SOMEWHAT RARE(ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE OF CHICAGO).

WXRT RADIO 93 FM in Chicago, released this LP in 1984 on its own label, XRT Records.

This was recorded Live At the 1980 ChicagoFest and features 1 song each by Lonnie Brooks, Muddy Waters, Koko Taylor, Son Seals, Willie Dixon, and Mighty Joe Young. 

PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME!

The Vinyl is in Very Good+ condition, even with a Very Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts. 
Nice clean labels with some minor spindle marks. 
The cover is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, fade spots, and ring wear. There are no split seams. 
The LP comes in a plain white sleeve.
