THE LP IS IN EXCELLENT - NEAR MINT CONDITION - ("Close To New" Condition)
The Record Jacket is in Good Condition - ring wear and scuffing, dinged corners,2 inch split on spine edge, corner wear, 1/2 inch tear on top edge. Also,The Generic Record Jacket appears to have a different catalog number-titles than on the record.
