My grading is visual and audio:
N (new, sealed) / M (mint, like new) / NM (almost like new) / EX+ / EX / VG+ / VG / G

All records are professionally cleaned and given new inner sleeve if needed then samples are tested for play grade.

My grading system below:
VISUAL:
N (New, sealed, unopened)
M (Mint, opened however no signs of use, even no spindle line)
NM (Near Mint, almost new with a few hair-lines possible & or few spindle lines)
EX+ (Excellent plus, very clean & shiny with little evidence of play or sleeve removal)
EX (Excellent, some light scuffs, hair lines, marks of sleeve removal, but no deep scratches)
EX- (Excellent minus, lot of hair-lines, hair-lines are not scratches, no scratches)
VG+ (Very Good Plus, one up to couple superficial scratches
& scuffs)
VG (Very Good, pronounced wear, lack of gloss, several scratches & scuffs)
*G (Good, pronounced wear, lack of gloss, numerous scratches, but still playable (this grade refers to shellac records only)*
AUDIO:
M (like new, perfect sound)
NM (almost perfect sound with a few light pops possible)
EX+ (very occasional slight crackles)
EX (slight crackles through)
VG (medium crackles but not overpowered music, no skips, no jumps if not mentioned)
G (high crackles but no skips or jumps if not mentioned)
