5. "The Making of the Ring Cycle," single LD (at Bayreuth)
The recordings are in the NTSC - CLV format with Digital Stereo sound - in German with English subtitles. There is slight discoloration on several disks which does not effect playability. All LDs play beautifully and have been carefully inspected and played for verification.
Each opera comes with a booklet providing excellent photographs, and substantial information about the opera, in English, German and other languages.
The outside box has slight scuff from shelf ware and is in very good condition. Each separate opera box (and separate/single LD) is in pristine - near mint condition. All booklets are in near mint condition.
Please view photos for details. All photos were taken by seller. No stock photos were used. The metallic ink and paper used in manufacturing the boxes made detailed photography difficult. The boxes are in better condition than they appear in the photos.
These LDs have been safely box stored in a smoke free environment for more than 20 years.
