Up for auction is a copy of the 1972 release of the soundtrack to Walt Disney World’s Country Bear Jamboree.  One side contains songs and dialog from the Disney attraction.  The other side is a collection of country/folk songs.  The album opens up to reveal the complete 11 page illustrated book.  I have not had the album graded, and the following description is only my opinion; The album has some minor surface wear and scratches on each side.  When played, there is some surface noise and popping, but no skips on any songs.  The cover is very good condition, with no seam splits and no visible record-ring wear on either side.  The original record sleeve is included.  The record is flat with no warping.  The labels on each side are clean.  All pages of the illustrated book are intact and clean.

I have personally cleaned the record using a commercial record cleaning solution and record cleaning brush.  Overall, the condition of both the album and the sleeve appear to be between very good and very good+ condition.  The album will be placed in a plastic protective sleeve.
