Includes a beautifully illustrated 12 page, full color booklet.
VINYL is Excellent+. A very few scuffs/ faint, hair-like scratches. Not many. Beautiful shine. Vibrant labels. It is possible this record has never been played. (Perhaps once.) It is difficult to find children's records that are this clean.
COVER and 12 PAGE BOOKLET are Excellent.  Front and back maintain a gloss. A very small tear appears on the right side of page one. (About 1/2 inch). The Disney illustration is wonderful and vibrant. No discoloration. Very clean. The back cover shows a trace of ring wear. The album's spine is super clean.
A fantastic copy. It's obviously never been out in the 'jungle'.
As far as a great Disneyland record goes, it certainly has all the 'Bare Necessities'.
