Condition: 

• Record: VG+VG++ (Side I has very faint surface noise)    
• Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a tiny bit of wear around center hole. Some scribbling, which can be seen under a light)   
• Cover: VGVG- (Wear along the edges and corners. Tape along the top and bottom back cover. Surface on the  back from record and along the binding. Few small creases along binding on the front. Looks like someone's initials in ink along the bottom front corner. First page has few small creases along inside. Back page has some brown stains)
