- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG++VG++ (Both sides have some pitting, which labels wear made like this)
- Cover: VGVG (Both sides have surface wear with crease from record. Wear along edges and corners with 3/4 inch split on bottom middle. Tiny bit of surface off near top edge on front. Bottom edge has some roughness from it looks like old masking tape. Some dirt on both sides from age)
