From the beloved ORIGINAL Walt Disney Ride from the 1960s (before the movie franchise and the changes). RECORD HAS BEEN 100% tested as of 2/2/25. Sounds great (like being back on the old ride!) no skips.
The 1968 Pirates of the Caribbean Disneyland Soundtrack LP features the iconic voice of Thurl Ravenscroft on a 33 RPM vinyl record released by Disney. Housed in a cardboard sleeve, this black LP showcases an excellent record grading and very good plus sleeve grading. The record contains the animation and film score/soundtrack of the Pirates of the Caribbean film, making it a nostalgic collectible from the 1960s with a United States origin.
This was one of my mothers FAVORITE rides at Disney and she would sing the Yo Ho Yo Ho a pirates life for me song for days after listening to this record (or going on the ride). I hear her singing it now as I type! This record and booklet are in very good condition. They are from my childhood home and collection.
The booklet is in tact and in really good condition - please see pictures. It does have a slight musty/ storage smell to it, but that should dissipate over time once out of storage.

My understanding/ research is indicating that the purple label= 1st press. Which would make sense, as all our family's Disney records are purple label and were all purchased late 60/ early 70s- from what I can piece together.
