CONDITION GRADING
We ensure that the condition of every item listed has been accurately graded according to expert guidelines. It is fundamental that buyers understand grading systems in order to be happy with their purchase. Keep in mind that condition matters, as it determines the value of the item, so please read this guide carefully before buying from us.
LPs
Mint (M): The record is brand new and it has not been played, the cover and inserts are in perfect condition. There are not surface marks or sound quality deterioration.
Excellent (NM): The record has been played, and might shows very light marks, which do not affect sound quality and the cover, might presents slight wear, which is often unnoticeable.
Very Good (VG): The record is well look after. It has been played a number of times and the media and cover might present surface light marks, but the sound quality and the outlook have not been gravely affected.
Good (G): The record is acceptable, but it has been played so many times and the sound quality is affected. Marks and scuffing are visible on the media and on the cover, however the record is still playable.
Fair: The record is playable, but visibly not in good condition and the sound quality is notably affected with noise and jumps. Covers, sheets and inserts are damaged.
CDs
All CDs are tested and play perfectly. Due to lack of time, they will be all graded as VG, however most of them are in perfect condition with none, or very little surface marks.
BOOKS
As New or Mint: The book is in a perfect state with no sign of wear.
Fine: As New with not damage, but possibly minors/unnoticeable defects.
Very Good: Acceptable condition, worn, but been well look after.
Good: Noticeable defects, the cover may be worn, but pages and texts are still present.
Fair: Well worn, shows tear, but all the texts are still readable.
Poor: Damaged book, texts may be illegible.
