Record Jacket: VG+/EX Really nice, very minor shelf wear. No ring wear, sharp corners, no splits, no discernable flaws. As shown.

 Record LP: strong VG, some wisp marks, evidence of heavy paper sleeve contact/scuffing,
 some surface noise in the lead-in and silent passages that does not detract from the listening experience, but prevents this record from receiving a higher letter grade in my opinion.

As this is a fairly rare/high demand album I am being as critical and specific as I can about its condition.
A true masterpiece in country music history and a necessary part of any respectable country music collection.
