Wayne Shorter Night Listener Microgroove Blue Note BLP 4173 33 1/3 LP
Side 1 has the depiction of an ear followed by "BNLP-4173 A" and "Van Gelder", in the dead wax.
Side 2 has the depiction of an ear followed by "BNLP-4173 B" and "Van Gelder", in the dead wax.
The original dust sleeve that this record came with is missing and I do not have it. It just has a blank dust sleeve that was already on it, when it was acquired.
Both sides of the LP have dust on it
Both sides of the LP, also has scratches and scuffs, wear, etc. on it.
The audio of the LP had no skips that I could hear.
I am not an expert in this type of item but I did playtest the LP and as a layman this is what I was able to hear:
Side 1: There was a very soft and light crackling sound, that started on the second half of the side and persistent to the end. obviously it was more noticeable in the more quiet parts of the tracks. Also there were pops and crackles that occured, spread sporadically across the entire side.
Side 2: There were pops and crackles that occured, spread sporadically across the entire side.
There were no skips on either side of the LP that I could hear.
The LP cover has a few pieces of what looks like scotch like tape on the bottom left hand corner of the LP cover that extends around to the back bottom corner of the cover. (Check picture)
The cover also has scuffing around the edges, discoloration, dirt, wear, some coloring loss, creases, rips, etc. on it.
Other information pertinent:
All though I have been completely honest with my play testing, due to the length of the LP, there is a chance that there may be some audio issues that I may have missed. Please bear that in mind before bidding as I do not offer returns on this type of item.
This item is sold as is.
Depending on the item it may or may not also have dust, dirt, discoloration, cracks, chips, scratches, stains, writing from a pen and/or marker, scuffs, coloring loss, rips, splits, nicks, dings and/or dents.
Also I can not be sure these items are in their proper working order as I haven't tested them.
Due to the nature of the item I can not accept returns on this item.
