with A Japanese Linernotes Sheet feat. Blue Note Release Catalog on Reverse Side (Having Light Brown Spots Like The Listed Photos).

This Is Promo White Label Copy= Sample Issue, Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels.

5 Tracks, Stereo

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus (Not Having Any Tear or Split, It Has Light Brown Dot Spots Overall on Back Like Listed Photos).
