Description
This is Blue Note Records BLP 4194, Wayne Shorter Speak No Evil, a blue and white, New York, microgroove label original mono issue of this classic record with Van Gelder and the ear (p) mark stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG+ condition, showing some light marks. It plays with some light clicks on track 2 side 2. The rest of the record plays quietly. The cover, with it's 43west 61st St. New York 23 address, has some wear on the edges (see photo 5) and some shelf wear. The labels are excellent and show only light spindle marks. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode. This is still an excellent, collector's grade copy of this rare original mono Blue Note record.
