Label both sides is "New York USA". Label has "P" aka "The Ear" with "Van Gelder" in the runout on both sides. Address on back cover is "43 W 61st St., New York 23" .
Record look VG but plays better at VG+ for the loud passages, VG for the quieter ones. There quite a few scuffs and light scratches, none deep or repetitive. Looks like automatic changer and unsleeved storage damage. Grooves do not look heavily worn. Some spindle marks.

Front cover still shows some gloss but has fading at top. Overall moderate wear and front shows some light ring wear. Spine readable but spots of heavy wear at corners. Seams not split but moderate to heavy wear especially at corners.
